They not only advised me very detailed information about everything i needed to ask, but very kindly sent me a replacement promptly after i ordered the wrong size by mistake.     Watch received in a plastic wallet in a jiffy envelope. E bay gave 1-2 days delivery, but it took 3 days with Royal Mail. Sent message to seller, to let him know watch wasn`t received when stated, it was he who said it would take 2-3 days, not 1-2 days as E bay said. Good communication. Watch fine, able to see the day ok, but a bit of trouble with reading the date, its just my eyesight!! Didn`t expect the date to be "big", good sized face. Many thanks.

    16mm padded black watch strap.very pleased with item fits well on watch.very well packed I believe the item arrived on top but royal mail did not deliver to area for 4 days so had to wait longer than necessary.would and have bought straps from this store before highly recommend and very good quality at a good price.
