  I bought the Luminox Men's 1553 Scott Cassell watch from Seller Watchgooroo recently; it's a new watch, and it was per the ad. The shipping of the watch took a long time, but it was well-packaged. The design is striking, the cost was ok, and the build quality is excellent. I have had a positive experience with Watchgooroo and would suggest them to anyone looking for good watches. My only gripe was that their customer service wasn't very helpful or quick to respond.

  The watch is brand new as described. The manufacturer warranty card has been stamped as expected and the packaging is complete. International shipment done w/o any delay. Appreciated the option given to pay VAT, taxes and custom fees for UK delivery either upfront at shipment or at delivery (I selected the latter, no problems). Reasonable ETA which happened to be faster than advertised. Really good value for a brand new watch from a previous model year. Will buy again with this seller.

  First off, the communication is AMAZING. I thought I was going to have a problem with the postal delivery but turns out they got the sunnies delivered. When I contacted Watchgooroo, they responded asap and assured me it would be worked out. The sunglasses are beautiful much better looking than the pictures. So thank you for such amazing service.   Nice shades, exactly as described. Was expecting a cloth bag for the sunglasses but got a hard case instead. Nice swap. This is my third purchase from the seller and I've received great service. One of the pairs I bought had some blemishes. Sent him a picture and sent out the replacement sane day. Waiting on the replacement now to give more 5 star feedback. This is what sellers should strive to do and he delivered.
