  The seller made a mistake by sending me the wrong sunglasses. I sent a message to them expelling the situation and they responded quickly within 10 minutes. They told me to keep that pair and that they would send out the original order ASAP. Great customer service and quick response times!

  Quality is impeccable. They were delivered a day early. I didn't realize that I got three extra lenses with them. Everything was packed very nice and neat. All of my warranty information, instructions and everything else were in there. I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

  Quality? Didn’t get them. Condition? Never arrived. Value? Had to get a refund. Appearance? Shipped to a completely wrong address, would not message me back. The second I ordered the site said delivered over a month ago. Total scam, waste of time, energy, and money.

  Good afternoon. Your package was shipped the day after your order but was sadly lost in transit. We truly understand how upsetting this is and took full responsibility by issuing a full refund. We shared all info provided by the carrier, who was unhelpful despite our efforts. We did all we could to make it right, so it’s disheartening to get feedback that doesn’t reflect that. We hope you’ll reconsider your review.
