  Unfortunately, one of the dishes broke prior to being packed and shipped. However, the seller notified me to share that information and offered a reduced price for the three remaining dishes or to cancel the order if I preferred. Since I needed 4 plates that matched I chose to cancel. The seller handled the situation in a forthright, professional manner. I would feel very comfortable ordering from her again.

  What I received is exactly as pictured. The seller prepped it for shipping within a day and it arrived 2 days later. No complaints.

  Item arrived broken at many places. Packaging was not appropriate for the fragile bowl. Seller immediately refunded my money, but I would rather have had an intact bowl.
