    The item arrived in great condition. It was expertly packaged, with more padding than I would have expected. Because it was a used item, I had some concerns about whether it would work well, but the seller had tested it thoroughly and it worked exactly as the description indicated. Although there were less expensive items available on ebay, this one came with a return policyl I am extremely pleased with this transaction! I would purchase from this seller again, and recommend them highly.

    Amp arrived promptly and was as described by seller. I was able to quickly connect to my app with no issues. Packaging was top notch with plenty of cushioning and protection. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

    very well packaged and arrived earlier than estimated. Works as described - remote had no battery but was able to transfer the battery from my old Bose remote
