    Seller shipped wrong item, I requested shipping correct item but order was canceled and funds were refunded. I was told to keep wrong item. I thought perhaps they didn't have any but they still show a listing for several of them so I am a bit confused but I did get what I needed from another source and they did handle the situation very promptly.

    Did not have any components for mounting the plank or traction tape Contacted seller and ask if they had those parts because it was an incomplete order Seller would see what they could do and my guess is they did not have any of that hardware to send me Communication was excellent and refund was quick I recommend this seller It’s really important that things go right but even more important that you get a good response when things go wrong much thanks

    First thing great person to deal with. We had a shipment issue. I would have received it by the date I was supposed to get it. But it started off great made it a couple of stops. And then just sat there! Actually, it’s still sitting at the same place. But I sent him a picture that it was just sitting and hadn’t moved since the sixth. Without hesitation He shipped me out another one the very next morning and I have it in my possession now. I will buy from this person in the future. THANK YOU
