  Received the item in good condition. Communication went very well. Seller was nice and gave a good offer. The only negative thing was UPS Delivery Service. I've waited the whole day...They claimed I wasn't home during delivery. But according to the timestamp they could not miss me at all as I could oversee who on my front door. Guess the delivery guy was lazy and went straight to an access point.
