  Well packaged. Books in very good condition and mostly as described. However, #1 is a 2nd printing, which was not mentioned in the listing.

  Complete photo's were posted showing every item included in original box. The lithium battery can't be expected to last forever. It is a discontinued item by Garmin which is why is was being sold as a vintage electronic. We did state that testing only included powering up and verifying that it could contact satellites - also repeatedly said that we do NOT guarantee vintage electronics as we are not an electronics store. I'm sorry you were expecting a new item as 1/4 the cost of a new one.
