I have been trying to get back to the original listing to validate what was described. When I contacted the seller I was sent videos on how to open screw top that was stuck. Jeweler told me it was a snap back and opened it for me. It was packaged well. It was Shipped quickly. Quite expensive for what it is, so I'm not thrilled with the value.
