  Controller quality is very great for the price, perfect blend of value and quality. Item was exactly as described, brand new and exactly color as ordered. Seller was wonderfully helpful in offering a replacement when I contacted them about joystick drift of the analog stick. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they stated I didn't need to return the defective controller. Above and beyond customer service, very glad I chose to purchase from this seller.

  This hard-drive is as described and is perfectly compatible and performs beautifully with my Xbox 360’, I highly recommend this seller to anyone who wants a reliable online store.   I ordered a unit and it arrived within a very reasonable time. Unfortunately it got damaged during shipping but the seller was very helpful in getting it resolved. They emailed me a return label, once they had the damaged unit they promptly shipped out a new one at no cost. Very pleasant experience with this seller!

  Received my controllers the other day, 1 came in damaged. I got in touch with the seller and they immediately took care of me, and not even 3 days later I received a replacement in the mail.
