  Item arrived damaged/faulty however the package wasnt damaged at all, assuming it didnt happen during posting. Contacted seller directly, no answer. Requested refund no answer. My daugther is upset, cannot hang up her kite for her kite garden party and i cannot get a refund. Dont recommend the item or the seller. Very disappointed.

  Very fast delivery from UK to Australia. Item was packaged well and in perfect condition. Item was high quality and exactly as described and appeared as pictured. The item itself was good value. The stress toy has a humorous appearance and a good feel to it when squeezed, it is also durable and doesn't seem to break easy and keeps its form well. Very good seller, would purchase from again, thank you!

  Item sent broken, no broken parts in postage box so much unnecessary inconvenience and my time spent emailing seller, slow to replying & after being shown photo still said not broken. Now waiting for refund. Seller paid return post .Would not deal with seller again
