  Have used this scent for years and was most distressed went the UK arm of Yves Rocher closed. The parcel arrived well packaged and in good condition. The packaging in appearance appears to be the same as before. Perhaps the value was a little pricey, but as a little scent goes a long way it was worth it.

  I contacted Seller to request a refund. The item arrived 'squashed' with hole rendering it Useless. I enclosed a photo. I had already waited over 2 weeks for it. Interestingly, the outer packaging was in a perfect condition! To date I have not received any responses. M. Makortoff
