  I never received the sublimation ink and I didn’t receive the sublimation paper with my printer. It says I would receive the sublimation ink and paper with my printer and I only received the printer. I would have gone through a different person if I knew it wasn’t included like it was advertised. This is the first bad experience I have had on here.

  I contacted the seller after receiving the item and never got a response.. I will not recommend the seller. I’m actually going to dispute this transaction. I am going to be calling customer care to see if they can help in anyway.

  Arrived in a timely manner. Great new condition with open box as stated in add, This seller uses amazon to deliver the ink, and fedex to deliver the printer which is a little odd but both items arrived seperately and in great condition. works as should. highly recommend this seller and this sublimation printer.
