Having seen the case "in the flesh", I decided it was not quite what I wanted, so I opted for a refund instead of a replacement. The refund was handled quickly and without problems. In fact, using the supplied eBay pre-paid label, the refund was authorised as soon as I had "dropped off" the package at my local post office.

BUT the seller helped me to sort out the issue, kept in contact daily and was kind enough to issue a partial refund for the hassle DX caused. Mistakes happen, especially where couriers are involved, but when they do you find out just how good a seller is and these ones proved to be perfect.
