    The display case was shipped promptly, and in adequate packaging, but it had a large dent in the aluminium frame. Having seen the case "in the flesh", I decided it was not quite what I wanted, so I opted for a refund instead of a replacement. The refund was handled quickly and without problems. In fact, using the supplied eBay pre-paid label, the refund was authorised as soon as I had "dropped off" the package at my local post office.

    Really quick delivery and board as described. The only downside was the delivery company used, they dumped it and ran and the box was damaged but thankfully the board was ok.

    Really nice frame and fantastic customer service, partially let down by the morons from DX who took a total of 7 delivery attempts! BUT the seller helped me to sort out the issue, kept in contact daily and was kind enough to issue a partial refund for the hassle DX caused. Mistakes happen, especially where couriers are involved, but when they do you find out just how good a seller is and these ones proved to be perfect.

    My first order arrived damaged and the sellers response was great. A replacement was sent out same day and arrived perfect today - both whiteboards were well packed, I think the first one perhaps met a grumpy postal worker lol. Great communication & great product to replace a rubbish one i had previously. Highly recommended, many thanks!
