    Good ebay seller. There was a slight problem with shipping communication, however the seller did a great job to explain and resolve the issue. Due to the communication issue, shipping took a little longer, but nothing serioius! Good communication and outstanding customer interface and resolution of the issue! I will return to the ebay seller!

    Really great ebayer. I have purchased from vivid-ink many times and will continue as their ink cartridges have been excellent quality cartridges, the chips perform as they are supposed to (they do provide ink levels), the company provides service when needed, and their shipping is fast and I have never had a problem with their shipping.
