  very fast -- looks good -- never did this before but the directions + Youtube give me confidence I can do it -- hope it works --- great value --- well packaged for postal service which hasn't been great lately -- exactly as advertised

  I thought this was brand specific ink but I believe it's more of a generic universal type and instructions for basic black cartridge is fairly clear , but be prepared to look up how to refill 3 color cartridge. Shipping took a lot longer than expected. I asked a question about instructions before ordering and seller was friendly and answered quickly. Kit included everything pictured and was in good condition.

  Unfortunately this ink did not work with my printer for some reason , but it might work for someone else perfectly I contact the seller and explain the situation we went back and forth he was trying to help me as much as he could and it just didn't work with my printer he was very polite very nice gave me the time and attention and he refunded me the full amount since it didn't work for me just for that I will suggest anyone to buy here just because the great customer service
