    super fast shipping, but pictures and description on the listing purposely omitted that there is a dent on the side of the unit. it's only cosmetic though, and everything works and looks great other than the damage. would recommend this seller despite that flaw, since the price was super low and everything still works as it should!

    Shipping took a long time (seemed like UPS issue) and the battery was defective (per manufacturer was 5+yrs old even though the UPS tower looked new - probably sat in a box for years somehwere). However, seller communication was fast and a fair resolution was offered. Would buy from seller again.

    Fast shipping amazing packaging. Really happy with the item. It had an error, but itjust needed a fuse which was easy to fix and it is working perfectly and was described and as shown. Appreciate the extra packing detail and getting it here safely. Thank you.
