  Just got my Monitor & it was FASTER than I expected and packaged amazingly well!! I am beyond thrilled, I feel like I hit the jackpot. The seller was very sweet, super responsive and listed to my concerned (worried about shipping). Now I have peace of mind that my monitor arrived before my trip. It was better than described and I def feel like I got a good and fair price on it! Also, the seller added bumper protection to the box and that's a step further than what Samsung does lol. Will return!

  Bought an open box headset from this seller, everything was in the box as described. Only thing missing was the manual, which the seller said was missing in the description, and which was no issue since it's online. Even though the box was a bit beat up, the headphones are totally new and all the wires had caps and packaging and everything new. Works great. For half the price of Amazon, I'm happy with it. It got shipped out immediately and got here quickly. Responsive seller when I messaged. A++

  Item came BETTER than described...item was listed as open box with maybe some scratches and without the 2 batteries but arrived practically still brand new i haven't noticed any scratches and it came with both batteries. Great communication between seller as well. WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM SELLER AGAIN!!!!!

  Unit arrived in what looks like original packing material. Everything that was in the listing was there the only thing that included actually is a keyboard. This transaction was seamless did not take long to ship and was given good communication throughout this transaction. I highly recommend using these guys. I was not disappointed.

  Great communication! Fast Shipping, and packaged VERY well! Seller used great packing material, and each item was individually bound so it wasn't a mess to unpack. Great seller!

  Although this sale ultimately resulted in a refund, this was in no part due to the seller. I never received my purchased item as a result of negligence on the part of FedEx. Seller was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the fiasco and maintained excellent communication whilst trying to track down the rogue shipment that was lost in the limbo of FedEx. Shipping partner (FedEx) really dropped the ball here. Thank you again, seller, for your customer service and friendliness!
