    After I ordered the item, I realized it wouldn't arrive in time for what I wanted. I tried to cancel it, but they said it was too late. Then they refunded my money, and still sent the item. I guess I have to say that was really fine of them. Great customer service after all.

    Fantastic shopping experience from USA. Love Oster pet grooming blades but can’t readily get them in Australia now. Communication great and arrived well ahead of scheduled time. Well packaged too. Would definitely recommend this seller. Many thanks.
