  This is one of best purchase experiences I have had. Vision 360 Global kept me informed every step of the way. Customer service is top. They send you direct messages. The eye glasses I bought arrived in excellent condition. I think the value is all worth it due to the efficiency in delivery and customer service. The glasses were of great quality and appearance. I LUV these eyeglasses and they arrived one day early of the estimated delivery. I totally recommend Vision 360 Global.

  Shipping took 23 days because DHL in Canada was on strike (19 days out of this the sunglasses were already in my city in Canada but DHL was striking and not delivering anything). Nevertheless I am not downgrading the seller here because they quickly responded to my concern. The sunglasses seem to be a new and uncommon model because there is only 1 review of this American Optical model online. After arrival I can confirm they were worth waiting.

  "Very committed. There was a problem with the delivery time, but I realized it was an issue with FedEx. In the DDP shipment, they marked it as CIP. An extra fee was charged, which was covered by Vision360. Customer service was very timely. The shipping and tracking were prompt. The item matched the description 100%. Good finishes and quality. Thank you."
