  I am very happy with this Soldering Station...initially I received a defective unit. ($HIT HAPPEN$). This company was on top of things. They immediately offered to replace the unit or a full refund, NO questions asked. I accepted a replacement which I received quickly. The replacement works wonderfully, with many features.   Items were dispatched very quickly but unfortunately the courier delayed them. One message to vipwindows and they sorted it promptly and kept me updated. Excellent customer service and now very pleased with items as well. Would use this company again and recommend without hesitation.

  Arrived missing power cord and gloves with a damaged mold, it arrived box open and damaged. I can’t test the machine because I don’t have a power cord to turn it on. Sales are making up or it and sending the missing items so I can’t complain much on that. If it works I’m happy, if not they said they will replace it. Good service.
