  $400 item mailed without any protection…not even 2 pieces of small cardboard. Wouldn’t send a $10 item this way, let alone one like this. Corners dinged, small crease on back now. Reach out to seller before buying if you care about condition of item.

  The item was packaged the same way we have done for 15+ years and NOT one person has had an issue. Goes to show you that some people are not happy no matter what you do for them. We even paid for priority mail and did not charge any extra.
