    I purchased the fire stick 4kmax which took approximately 1 month to get when I got it I only got the remote not the stick. I thought they came together. I went to do a return and was told Ihave to pay for my return I then went to UPS and was told it cost 170.00 to return. The cost of the remote was 23.00. I will never shop on eBay again. When I went on Amazon they sell the remotes for 7.99 with next day delivery and free returns. Now I know to look closely to what I am buying. Very dissappoint

    Dear Customer, I understand your disappointment, however the listing clearly shows only the remote control in all photos and the title specifically states "BLUETOOTH VOICE REMOTE CONTROL." The Fire TV Stick itself was never included in this offer. I'm sorry about the high return shipping costs you were quoted.     Artikel kam erst auf Nachfrage bei Ebay. Zeitverzug blieb aber im akzeptablen Bereich. Artikel kam vollständig und wie im Angebot dargestellt. Soweit okay. Aber: Die Halterung ist durch ihre Befestigung mittels flexiblem Saugnapf in sich etwas wackelig, zusätzlich die Hebelwirkung des langen Teleskoparms. Eine starrere Befestigung wäre mir lieber. Ja, er tut seinen Dienst, wenn man ein Auge etwas zudrückt.
