    The seller is responsible. The major pieces were intact during shipment and are as described. The initial shipment comes with non-stable packaging for other glassware accessories, and they were broken during the shipment. The seller was willing to send the replacement right away.     Product arrived in good packaging and was easily unboxed and assembled. The stir shaft had a broken paddle, but still functions and the seller has agreed to replace the impeller with a new one. I am very please with this transaction.
