  CD arrived right on scheduled delivery date packed according to my specific order instructions (appreciate it), but unfortunately condition of disc itself was badly graded and seller was immediately notified of issue. Seller promptly responded with a satisfactory partial refund as requested to cover general cleaning cost along with a sincere apology for the ordeal I went through regarding this transaction. If that isn't quality customer service, I honestly don't know what is (lol). Thanks again!
