  I asked for a change in shipping from USPS Advantage to Priority. They had not problem in doing that and I received it in perfect timing! Package was great & my new backpack is as it was described. It’s it perfect condition. I’d recommend this sell to anyone. A great value! Thank you!

  Tracked shipping was fast and item arrived nicely folded and well-packed. I was also surprised that the item was in nearly perfect condition, especially given that it is a white jacket. It was marked as "good" on the listing with all imperfections pointed out but the product I received was even nicer than expected. I think this is a great deal for the price.

  These arrived unbelievably fast and were in perfect condition as described. Sadly the rubber must have aged into brittleness, because the strap on one snapped when I tried them on. There would have been no way to know they had lost their flexibility, so I didn't blame the seller and wasn't sure if they would return my $. When I contacted the seller they messaged me back immediately, apologized, and processed a refund within minutes. I was super-impressed by their responsiveness and kindness!
