This seller was absolutely wonderful! I had a piece of tile arrive broken, even though he had packaged it wonderfully. He kindly sent me a replacement at no extra charge. He was very prompt with his responses through messages, and he shipped the items very quickly along with providing tracking information. Thanks for the great service!

I feared whether the tile had survived the journey given how beat up the box was but this seller apparently anticpated the USPS acting like they were the gorillas in a Samsonite commercial and pummeling the boxes. He did a magnificent job of packaging the tile so that they arrived in perfect condition. Kudos to this stellar seller! I recommended his site to the tile guy who is doing my repair as I'm not the first person he's worked with who has needed discontinued tiles.

Seller was FABULOUS! I needed a longer bar for this towel bar system than the one listed. I asked the seller if they had the longer one that I needed & they did. They happily & easily switched out the 2 pieces. Item was as described, fairly priced, was well packed & arrived quickly. It was exactly what I needed! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!

It’s been quite some time since I felt moved enough to leave a detailed review, least of all one of positivity. But I was so thoroughly impressed in my interactions with this seller, that I was inclined to do just that. Prompt & detailed was the communication; careful & considerate was the packaging and shipping, with fragile items cautiously-wrapped. If you’re on the fence about buying an item from this seller, make the purchase. It’ll be the best decision you’ve made in a long time.

WOW!! Haven't run across a seller this AMAZING in a long time (all sellers oughtta be like this one). Out of 40 tiles ordered a couple came with broken corners despite some INCREDIBLE packing, hey, it happens to the best. I reached out & said, no biggie, just wanted you to know for 'continuous improvement' purposes, I'll still leave *positive feedback*. Done, right? No! This seller took it on themselves to send replacements PLUS one extra the SAME DAY! WOW! 5 stars ALL THE WAY! Absolutely! A+
