The Dutch side did it right perfectly! The blame is to put on the french parcel company and the driver more precisely who didn't left any info as I was at work when he came to deliver the parcel. Not any mail or sms, just nothing was left to inform me about a second try or to pick up it somewhere , I didn't even know what French parcel company it was! Thanx for sending me the info dear seller!!!
