This was a postcard that I bought. So I’d open a case and asked for a full refund. The seller then apologized and asked if I still wanted the postcard. I said yes and instructed seller to provide eBay resolution with tracking number (that must show it is in transit). Seller gave eBay resolution with a UPS tracking only showing the label was created, but UPS never recvd.
