  Good packing materials, but not packed snugly enough for such a heavy item so it arrived kind of sloshing around loosely inside the box with the reins broken off... but it was a good price so can't complain. I can probably fix it. Nice item, honest seller, thank you very much. AAA++

  good seller. item as described. used fedex smartpost shipping which is slow in my area of the mid-atlantic, so delivery was 11 days after order even though it was shipped promptly by seller.

  Brand new in the box. Box looked in perfect appearance and this purchase was a definite value. I would buy from this seller again due to the quality of the product offered. Overall a five star purchase I just get annoyed with how much shipping costs, not the fault of the seller at all. I'll be looking to what else they have for sale.
