  Best eBayer ever! I needed these tapes converted by Sunday but by Saturday it hadn't arrived yet. My husband passed away and I wanted this video for his service and asked Best Tape Transfer if he could please send me a link so I could show it for the service and he did and it was the hit of the afternoon. He did not have to do that but with such kindness and compassion he sent me a link and it worked out great. Above and beyond excellent customer service!

  Sent in Betamax tape along with a USB C flash drive for the transferred footage (DVD not requested). Both returned well packaged. Video was provided in both AVI and MP4 files and looked great. Overall an excellent service, thank you!

  Seller was very quick in getting my old archived tape transferred to digital media, and immediately provided an online link to a backup video file while I waited for the DVD to return via mail. Am very happy with the results! Overall an excellent experience. Recommend A+
