  I was happy to get the pet carrier at a good price. And excited that it was expected to arrive on 10/13/2022 since my puppy’s first Veterinarian appointment is on 10/16. As of 10/14 it appears that it has yet to ship. Communication with seller has been difficult and I have made two attempts to contact the seller for a status update have been unsuccessful. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
