  Lantern arrived very securely wrapped as requested. Over the moon with this lamp, it has polished up a treat and will be fitted with an led bulb to watch over our late sons resting place.   What an amazing seller, professional, personable and passionate about her customer service. Sadly the item was damaged in transit and without question this seller resolved the situation immediately. Arranging a collection, sending me a return label and a refund including my original postage costs without question. I have sold items on eBay and know how stressful it can be, I would without question give this seller 5*
