  Easily some of the best packaging I've seen! Bulky item, packed very well with corner protection and lots of padding. Item is exactly as described, had no smells or grime. Shipping was quick with great communication. Very happy with this transaction!

  Ordered a brown comfort click men’s belt, but received a black traditional belt. Contacted the seller who apologized, agreed to refund the belt, and then made a private listing for me to purchase the original belt. It all worked out great and I got the belt I wanted. She even included an apology/thank you card with the belt. I can’t believe how positive I feel about the experience, even after receiving the wrong belt! Absolutely outstanding customer service.

  Item arrived in perfect condition. It was well packaged and came in a reasonable amount of time. While the saucer is a bit scratched it is an excellent price for this item and not unreasonable for a vintage used item, so I would say it is as described. I am pleased with this pretty cup and saucer. I would not hesitate to do business with this vendor again.
