  10 out of 10 for the seller with this transaction. Firstly, they combined the shipping of 4 items I won via auction adding extra value for myself. Then, with no fault on their part, there was a problem with DPD delivering the package, and the parcel was sent back to Vintage Honey Pots. I contacted customer services, who made the necessary enquiries in-house and arranged for the parcel to be resent to me. The quality of items were as listed, as was the condition and appearance of all 4 lots.

  The Charlie Bear I received (Shakespeare) arrived just as described. I am very happy with what I received. The postage was fast, I received my parcel within 3 days of ordering it. The packaging did the job but I didn’t feel like, considering the price of the bear, it was packaged with all that much care. Overall, I am very happy with this seller and would be confident in buying from this seller again!

  Lovely items, very fast delivery, excellent communication from both seller and delivery service. Packaging not very secure for type of items. Two bags of jewellery , bubble wrapped securely together, very good 👍🏻, but weight of package burst the blue air bags outer packaging so items rattled around box in transit with no protection. Minor damage to item in both bags. Not worth returning as overall value is still very good, but annoying all the same. Otherwise, a 5🌟 transaction.
