    Wow and wow! This seller really went out of their way to ensure the item would be protected in transit. The whole transaction was a joy - from the good communication to the fair price to the lightning-fast shipping. And, best of all, the cups are absolutely perfect.     My purchase arrived very quickly. The seller did a nice job packaging it. It is exactly as described and shown in the photographs. I'm pleased with this transaction, both the item and the shipping were priced fair. No problem recommending this seller to others. A++

    Item arrived as described. However, the packaging could have been better. The box the item was packaged in received damage in shipping as it was too lightweight for the delicate glassware inside. Seller did mark it fragile all over the box, but still was damaged when it arrived. There was not enough packaging inside to prevent item from rolling. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap. It appears to have arrive unscathed, but perhaps in the future, a stronger cardboard box would be in order.
