  Item was not what I expected, the description said it was a wall plaque. The seller did contact mention it was a printed, unframed photo in a message, but I assumed I had read the description incorrectly. Turns out, I had read the description correctly. I contacted the seller to ask what my options were, and they promptly offered a refund. Rating for prompt customer service.
