    I have both Positive and Negative Feedback. The item was as described and a good value. It was even packed well. However, shipping took a lot longer than it should have. The seller did reply to my inquiries about the delays and had reasons of relocating… I was told a couple times “it will be shipped tomorrow”. It took 15 days for them to ship my item. They even had to print the shipping label twice and provided 2 tracking numbers. I am happy with my item, not pleased with the sellers priority.

    Items were as described. Items were well packaged. Happy with the value. It took awhile to receive, seller explained that they had recently moved which accounted for the delay.

    LOVE THIS MUG. Can't wait to snuggle up with a book and enjoy hot chocolate or coffee with my newest mug! Just as advertised. Wrapped extremely well, I appreciate that. Shipping cost was perfect (no gouging like some sellers!) Would definitely buy from this seller again. THANK YOU!
