    A great experience from start to finish! Reasonably priced items and shipping cost, shipped quickly and tracking/updates were helpful, arrived safe & sound and was very carefully packaged, and plates were in lovely condition and just as described.     I was concerned because the dishes were used but the picture of the dishes was the condition exactly as they arrived. They were of a better quality then the ones I was replacing. Just like brand new condition. They arrived promtly and I was impressed the with careful packaging. I saw these plates on Amazon and Replacement Inc for more than twice what I paid on ebay. I never used ebay before but this was such a great experience I will definately do it again.
