  The shipping cost were kind of high and the packaging was bad. There were two exposed sides to the box and the contents were actually sticking out when we received it. However, the item is in the exact condition as it was described. The item itself is definitely worth what I paid for it.

  Ummmm wow!! So beautiful! Such a great price, high shipping cost but it was shipped securely as well as shipping time was incredibly fast, packaging was safe and beautiful and the item was better than described!! Thank you

  i Purchased it on March 30th, shipping label not created until April 2nd and item not picked up for 6 days on April 8th. Then shipment took another 8 days receiving it on April 16th. And I live only a 1/2 hour drive away! Item said it was medium softness but it is hard as a rock. It would cost me $31.80 for the shipping to and from them for a $19.99 pillow. Not worth the effort. Also buyer lives close to me and would not let me pick it up to save shipping! Highly displeased.

  I asked to cancell this order when I learned the cover was significantly smaller than my comforter. The seller was very gracious and accommodating and refunded my entire payment immediately. I would buy from this seller again positively.
