  There was an issue with the item that I discovered on delivery. I contacted the seller and they resolved this quickly and in a very professional manner. Despite the unexpected outcome I recommend this store. Issues can happen, they handled it. Also, delivery time was reasonable and the item came in good packaging. Thank you very much!

  My Cuisinart processor is old but a very well-made one. I have been advised by Cuisinart to keep it as long as I can find replacements bowls, etc. This seller sold me a replacement lid that is in perfect condition and at a fair price. Item was as described and was well-packaged when it arrived. I will search this site first for any future Cuisinart need.

  One of my best eBay interactions without a doubt! Very easy and fast communication, immediate shipping AND combined as well. The hard cardboard box was padded with thick pieces of styrofoam, so all the model kits arrived completely intact. All was exactly as described and depicted in the listings - I got exactly what I wanted to buy. At a very reasonable price at that. As a buyer, there is nothing left to ask for!
