He offered to let me select a different signed photo of the same actress, or get a refund. Replacement photo arrived today. Packaging and shipping top notch. Photo just as sexy as my original choice.   Im so happy with my purchase. The item is exactly as described. The picture itself is crystal clear not pixelied. The shipping was fast. The autograph was packaged very well between two cardboard so it didn't get bent during transportation. ( which I appreciate very much). The value is excellent.
