  Great service. I was skeptical at first, but all my questions were answered and emails responded to quickly. I removed the EIS and sent it to them, it arrived within a week with my new key. Resembled everything and all new key functions work properly and my existing keys still work as well. Saved me hundreds. I definitely recommend their service

  I contacted the seller to Order a item which I specifically told him I need it by Saturday 3 days later to charge extra if necessary he agreed and I got the item more than a week later which I no longer need them I requested a return because I no longer needed the item after he got the item back he opened a case not to refund 1,077 dollars so fo not buy from people like this because it’s a nightmare they’ll make it impossible to get your money back please stay away from this seller

  Postal Service Has been Full of Delays as of lately, That is BEYOND our control. this buyer Commited Fraud With his credit card company and ebay to Circumvent our Return policy and ebay rules and regulations. Next time you want a REFUND, DONT COMMIT FRAUD

  What do you say about a business that goes above and beyond. The part was lost by UPS no fault of Vinniebuilt. The owner agreed to reprogram a replacement free of charge. Not only that but he personally took the replacement to UPS and sent me a photo of them scanning the package. Stuff happens, its how you deal with it that sets the armatures apart from the pro's. This guy is a PRO!!!! Buy with confidence.
