  The desktop shipped quickly in lots of bubble wrap. The supplier forgot to include the optical drive which they shipped out when I notified them. The HP desktop with drive works as advertised.

  The first drive was defective. Seller promptly provided a return label and minimal comment. I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.

  Seller was thoughtful enough to include DisplayPort to VGA adapters and USB WiFi adapters for these systems (Optiplex 7070 MFF), but sent power supplies with 7.4mm tips instead of 4.5mm that are required for these systems. I asked them to send the correct power supplies, but they sent two more DP to VGA adapters. Luckily I didn't wait and ordered some tip adapters from Amazon. Fast USPS shipping. Quality, condiditon, value and appearlance all good. Systems run great. Poor communication.
