    The first drive was defective. Seller promptly provided a return label and minimal comment. I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.

    Items appear to be good quality and condition over all. A nice value. Appearance is as shown in the item listing. The shipping time could have been improved. Bought on Feb. 27th, shipped Mar. 3rd but didn't arrive until Mar. 15. Still I am happy with my purchase.
