  Purchased the 2 disc OEM replacement case for the Xbox 360 and the first one arrived damaged. To no fault of the seller, it was definitely the shipper. Contacted the seller and they responded very quickly, were very understanding and sent out a replacement immediately. Great seller and would highly recommend them!!

  The item arrived in great condition. Looked clean and authentic. Great price for the case since I had been looking for original cases without a red logo. Even though there was a mixup with the first case I got, the seller immediately responded and fixed the issue right away. Great customer service and communication! I’ll be looking for other products from the seller in the future.

  I had a game I bought used, but it came without a case. Then I came across this listing on eBay. I have to admit I was initially skeptical about the product’s quality, but that changed once it arrived. It's the original case, in great condition, and it was very well packaged. The only thing I found a bit odd was that the shipping cost was almost the same as the item itself, haha. As for the delivery time, it was fair — about a week via standard mail.
