      Awesome seller. They are great at resolving issues. I had an issue getting the products. I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize I didn’t get all items ordered from them. Once I called they were super kind and fast shipped the additional items. It’s not about a business getting things perfect but making sure the customer is taken care of when a hiccup occurs. I appreciate that. They also had great products at a very fair price. Thank you, will order from again.

      Shipped 1 part instead of 2 by accident, but quickly shipped out the missing part and was very communicative. Trustworthy seller!

      Box came filthy dirty and damaged. Item came just stuck in box, no wrapping and though likely new, was scuffed in several places as though it was used. Though I don't know, almost seemed itf it had been a returned unit. If I was at the store it came from, I would not have accepted it's condition. But since bought online, wasn't worth repackaged and sending back.

      Ordered two of these for a shock install, seller only sent one. When I requested another one be sent, he stated he would have to special order one, although the auction listed two. I requested a refund, and the seller went quiet and ignored my inquiries. I had to escalate it to a claim and eBay refunded me the money. I gave negative feedback due to the VERY poor customer service--a refund would have scored a positive feedback despite missing the extra piece. I don't like leaving negatives!
