Messaged the seller and instead of an apology, received abuse, told to wash it & accused of buyer's remorse! If that were true, I wouldn't have bothered communicating with seller - I'd have just opened a case, returned the item and eBay would have refunded me, no issues. As a seller myself, I gave the seller a chance to do the right thing - an apology would have sufficed. Buyer claimed it was covered in cat hair. It was washed and we don't own a cat. Pkg went to ebay hub, buyer claims pkg was ripped open but sent no proof nor wants a refund. Got mad and is using feedback as revenge because I suggested they wash the item again. My pictures show it is nNOT covered in cat hair as they state. If so mad about this "filthy" item, why not return it? If it looks so bad, why buy it?
