    Fantastic communication with seller, who went out of their way to ensure very fast delivery over Christmas. Items were bought unboxed, yet Lorraine packaged everything up so professionally.     Arrived really quickly and in great condition. I was amazed to see how much trouble this lovely seller had gone to. Each plate wrapped in bubble wrap, then bound with white paper and a cardboard band around too. Each plate was then put into a large, sturdy box lined with lots of scrunched paper. I doubt the Crown Jewels get better treatment! I am really pleased with my lovely quality plates, they complete a set. Great value and look really good. Many thanks for a 5 star plus experience.
